It is killing me not knowing who will get the parts for the movie! I keep reading the books over and over. For Christian I definatly see Alexander Skarsgard…if you watch him on True Blood you know he is Christian Grey! I just don’t see another that can bring Christian to life like he could. He has all the qualities for Christian. Tall, great body, copper hair, smoldering eyes, domineering and loving attitude. Anyway hurry up and pick someone and let us know already!!!

I just finished the second book and I can’t wait to start the third one. I may try to read it slowly (it’s impossible-I know) so hopefully there will be a fourth one out by the time I’m finished! You are an amazing writer Ms. James. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing such a wonderful story. I really just jump into the books like no other. I have a suggestion for the movie as far as music. A great song for it would be Prince’s “Pheromone” from the “Come” cd….fits right in. Maybe in the Red Room segments. hee hee…

I am absolutely in awe with this trilogy. Please come to Oklahoma for a book tour!! I have read, and reread these books over and over. I just can’t get enough of them.
Loved loved loved the books.. my sister read them first and said you have to read them.. glad i listened to her… couldn’t put them down!!! You have to keep going I didn’t want them to stop! Now my aunt is reading them

Sorry. I find Matt Bomer, Ian Somerhalder or and maybe Chris Hemsworth. They have to really really SEXY. Alex Skarsgard does not fix the bill.

COMPLETELY agree that Christian and Ana’s story should be continued. I wouldn’t mind seeing things from his point of view, but I think I would settle for anything I could get! I think it would be cool to go further into their futures. When their children start school? Anniversaries? Maybe even as far as when their children are grown up and how they have turned out and how they are doing in their marriage? I WANT MORE EL JAMES PLEASE? PLEASE?

I know a ton of people want Ian Somerhalder to play Christian, but I just don’t “feel” him. He’s gorgeous but I don’t get intense, dark or intimidating from him at all. I think Henry Cavill would make a much better Christian. As for Anastasia, I think either Emma Roberts or Alexis Bledel could personify her.
I loved the books an yes when are you coming to the Seattle area I live here and when driving around you think about the story this the hwy ana was driving down to meet Christian for the first time. Well I had the books done all three in six days I haven’t read that much in years I one that if the book does not grab me in the first chapter I will not read it but this got me the first page then the rest was history.When you do the movie you have to make sure who you pick for Christian has to have beautiful feet Ana love his feet and he has to be a little broad on top with the muscle’s.I miss my Christian fix I just might have to read them again. I love the books and just like everyone I hope there is more to come and hope to see you in Washington soon.
I know that there are a lot of suggestions on who should play Christina Grey and Ana Steele so I decided to throw my opinion in.
I suggest and picture Alexsnder Skarsgard as Christian Grey. He usually plays calm restrained individuals, often with positions of authority.
Ana Steele should be played by Alexis Bledel. She is perfect for the part she plays a shy girl who comes out of her shell to be the a beautiful young woman.
I really enjoyed the books I could not put them down until I was done with all of them.
I want to thank you for my escape into Ana and Christian’s world.
All I gotta say is Anne Hathaway as Anna and Paul Walker as Christian. They are both older than the actual characters, but they can play twenty year olds in their sleep.
OMG! I am so in love with this couple. I want MORE!!!!!!!!!!! Really sexy, hot, intertaining,and funny. I found myself blushing when Ana did. Please have mercy on me. I am going through DTs
This trilogy is fantastic!!!! I read the trilogy in less than a week. I have never read any romance novels before and I got lost in the story. I finished “Fifty Shades Freed” an hour ago and miss reading the story already. I just might have to start all over again from the beginning. I look forward to more books and hope they do involve Christian and Ana. I especially loved from Christian’s perspective at the end of “Freed”.

I am already dreading to finish the third book. Already feeling sad as i am nearing the end 
Never felt like this for any book before.
I was just wondering if this movie after it is made will be in theartres or if it will be made for a cable channel like HBO or one of the other major cable channels…
I know that there is going to be alot of nudity and very heavy sexual situations in it not to mention scenes that may be disturbing not to mention SHOCKING to alot of people so this kind of movie won’t be for everyone…
I also want to mention that I do agree with the person who commented about getting Amanda siegfried to play Ana Steele..I think she is a fabulous actress and would probably be able to play a part like this very well..she’s the kind of actress who I think can portray any kind of character…she would be my first choice too..or maybe she would be right for the part of Ana’s roomate Kate.
I agree with Betsy, and would love more! I don’t know if its the name or if its because he is the “dark knight” but I think Christian Bale would be a good Christian Grey and Katie Holmes a good Ana
I love 50 shades trilogy !! I couldn’t put the books down and when finished them all in 5 days I haven’t stopped thinking about it!! Its done nothing but play on my mind
I have to say Chris Hemsworth would be a fantastic actor to play Christian !! and Kirsten Stewart to play Ana

I finished the trilogy about an hour ago!! Love Love Love the books. I agree with everyone else that we need to know what was going on in Christians mind. I miss them already. Please write more about Mr and Mrs Grey!

Wow, almost done reading book 3 for the second time. I have enjoyed reading the books over. But now…what? I would love to read the 2 years that are skipped in the book. I love reading day by day. I could read forever. I love how Christian changes at the 2 yr mark but want to read about it, the weddings, their house being redone, etc…The books are full of so much. I just love the story how he changes into this wonderful man. I wish more people would see that and realize there is so much to the story than sex. I get tired of hearing it called mommy porn. There is so much more than that.
I do hope more comes out soon. I have to find something else to read in the mean time which I’m not a big reader but these books-I read 2 times with in about a month. I can’t believe how fast I read them.

PLEASE let there be a 4th book on Christian Grey’s perspective. His side of the story at the end of book 3, had me HOOKED. It left me wanting to read MORE. His point of view, and what he thinks and feels for Anastasia, seriously gave me an Adrenaline rush! PLEASE RE-WRITE!
