Of course there are many favorite scenes but”, no doubt, the “over the top” one is when Christian gives Ana her birthday gift with that card saying: For all our firsts on your first birthday as my beloved wife. I love you. C x” And then he gives that bracelet with all those charms, full of meaning!!!
Oh my!!! And my tears too begin to fall and I just couldn’t stop crying. How can he be so sweet, and thoughtful, and perfect!!! Oh my! I loved that!!! and I’m still crying now, just remembering!!

I LOVE THE BOOKS SO MUCH I READ THEM OVA 20 TIMES!!!!!!!! CAN’T WAIT FOR THE MOVIE TO COME OUT I HOPE YOU USE THE COUPLE FROM TWILIGHT I THINK THEY WOULD BE THE BEST ACTORS FOR THE JOB!!!!!! I JUST LOVE THEM THEY WOULD BE GREAT!!!!!!!
I have read the books many times and enjoyed every minute. I have watched everyone post who they think should be in the movie. I’m not wanting any well know actor. I want actors that are fresh and new. It wasn’t til today I saw a photo of who Ana was in my mind. Her name is Emilia Clarke. The hair and they eyes really did it for me. I still have not seen my Mr. Grey.
Download The Scientist my new favorite song. I love the the songs were included it gave a feel of the scenes. Love the line, that is” as emotionally enriched as cotton candy is nutritious”. I am not a big reader but could not put these down. Read them in 2 weeks. My friends and I can not wait until the movie. But please make sure they include the good parts and do NoT allow them to turn this into anything less than a rated R. Just a suggestions “Matt Bomer” is the perfect Christian. I am soooo waiting for other books. Anything similar is ideal or Christians point of view…is perfect! I am missing Christian already.
The books were awesome.I am not a reader and read all 3 books in 2 weeks. I cannot wait to purchase them in hardback. I first have to have the money, as I just started working again. I do not have a favorite scene as I was so involved in the books as I read them I just wanted to keep reading. I cannot wait until you come out with another book. Can you give us any idea when that will be.

My favorite part in the book would have to be the last part, after she has the baby, and they are all playing out side and christian and ana are out side as well and hiding from the kids. the reason this is my favorite part is because it shows even if you are a mother and a father that doesnt mean what you “like” to do has to stop. They still like to “play” and every thing else as well.
I so hate being last minute, but I didn’t think it fair to comment without finishing the last book… (I started the trilogy last week). So, I brought my kindle to work with me and have just now finished. That said, I (like many others) found so many parts worthy of comment. However, my favorite part has got to be the very last page where the author, E.L. James, thanks her readers. She really, really thanks us! I have never seen this done in a book and was awed and humbled that she did it! Although very short and to the point, I felt her genuine gratitude and it made me proud to be part of this phenomenon! So, now it is my turn to say: Thank you E.L. James, from deep in my heart!
My favorite part is on page 417 of the first book when Ana is having dinner with her mom in Georgia and at the same time she is writing back and forth to Christian on her blackberry. After she questions him about having dinner with Mrs. Robinson, he writes “This is not something I wish to discuss via e-mail. How many Cosmopolitans are you going to drink?” Holy f***, he’s here.I love the surprise of him being there. My heart stopped!
I loved many scenes but one that stands out the most is when Christian and Ana are in the shower together(at Olympic Hotel), and he is allowing her to touch him in his “hard limits” area(his chest area)and confesses his love for her. I had tears streaming down my cheeks as I read this. Very moving because it showed that he was allowing himself to be closer to her in such an intimate way.
Its so difficult to choose a favourite scene from this awesome trilogy, i have so many favourites in each of the books, and my favoutite changes every time i read them, however my overall favourite is when Ana comes back to the apartment after being out with Ethan, and Christian drops to his knees, submissive….amazing
